**Job Descriptions
- To lead and drive the procurement function in the organization.
- To establish and develop the procurement framework and drive compliance among the users.
- To develop and enhance the supplier management/network, strengthen and enhance the tendering process to ensure integrity and transparency.
- To work closely with the stakeholders to align requirements and increase user satisfaction in procured services and products.
- Leveraging E-commerce platforms and other technological tools to enhance the processes and automate functions through digitalization.
- To drive savings and manage procurement spending for critical spares and consumables.
- To build and develop capabilities for the procurement team.

**Job Responsibilities
- Possessed Degree in 1. #procurement 2. #electricalengineering 3. #mechanicalengineering.
- Have at least 5 - 10 years of experience sourcing key #materials /services procurement in the manufacturing/equipment supply business. (Preferably for steel-related or heavy industries).
- At least 3 to 5 years in a management role.
- Effective communication skills to determine business user requirements and match them to suppliers' offerings, negotiate with good analysis and commercial acumen.
- Have the ability in data analytics for decision making through software.
- Strong knowledge of contracting and a good understanding of procurement best practices

Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (especially in
**business Chinese **)
- Experienced in dealing with Chinese suppliers and broad exposure to the supplier network and practices in China and East Asia
- Management skills in leading procurement teams and negotiation.

**Work Hour**: 5 Days work week, 8am - 5.30pm
