Job Scope:

- Registers and triage patients, as appropriate to clinic operations
- Answers telephone inquiries from patients and others; answer calls as appropriate, and/or schedules appointments
- Arranges logistics for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals, and/or diagnostic procedures.
- Supports day-to
- day unit clinical and administrative operations.
- Dispensing medicine
- Payment collection
- Obtains and verifies patient billing information, processes patient accounts, and maintains records.
- Assisting doctor in procedures - training will be provided
- Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of the clinic

**Requirements**:

- Customer Service oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to speak English
- Ability to speak other languages such as Mandarin and/or Malay will be preferred
- Able to converse in local dialects would be an advantage
- Experience will be an added advantage

Clinic Operating Hours:
Mondays to Wednesdays 830am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Thursdays to Saturdays 830am to 1230pm

There will be days to do administrative work after hours stated above on Thursdays/Fridays.

Location: Blk 8 Empress Road #01-09 Singapore 260008

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: $1,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
