Responsibilities
- Support Chef in kitchen operations and food preparation
- Ensure that quality and quantity are as per company’s and Chef’s standard recipes
- Supervise and ensure timely execution on food production
- Managing food purchasing and storage
- Coordinate, organise and participate in all production
- Ensure quality of food items and mise-en-place to be prepared for the day
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support in the maintenance of all kitchen equipment’s cleanliness and good working order
- Provide support in ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- N'/'O' level qualifications or its equivalent from culinary institution
- 2 years of working experience in the culinary field
- Able to work independently
- Good team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
