We are looking for a** Supply Manager **to join our APAC Supply team in Neste APAC.

**Your part in Neste journey**

In this role, you will be part of a team focused on sourcing Waste and Residues feedstock in the APAC region. You will develop new or build on existing relationships in the market among feedstock suppliers and negotiate contracts while having a strong alignment with our Global Team. Your main responsibilities include
- Building strong relation with Waste and residues Suppliers
- Work closely across functions to build and run an efficient aggregation system, commercially attractive for rendere and financially sustainable for Neste.
- Efficient procurement of feedstock at competitive prices including Total Cost of Ownership aspect (Include Logistic, Quality, Service reliability).
- Drive the due diligence process together with internal stakeholders (Sustainability, Supply Chain Compliance, Safety, Logistic).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate requirements for sustainably sourced feed stocks.
- Build knowledge in a systematic way on the quality of each supplier for blending purpose and work closely with technical support and operation to improve the quality and ensure blending as per refinery requirement.
- Keep up-to-date with trends, fundamentals and developments in the local and regional market.
- Drive operational excellence of the suppliers using a tool such as Scorecards, sourcing strategy updates on a yearly basis.

You will need to be able to link actively with other departments to enable implementation of the Sourcing Strategy._ _You will report to Head of Supply APAC.

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Minimum 5 years in procurement in multinationals with preference for liquid Raw Material with important logístical aspects. Strong exposure to supplier, multi stakeholder project and working in MNC matrix reporting structure
- Commercially aware, plus to have exposure to logistic or technical, chemistry background
- Strong aptitude for relation building and negotiation
- Logical and concise communication skills
- Supplier management, sourcing strategy
