**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Onboarding Workflows and User Interfaces**:

- Design and implement efficient onboarding workflows and user interfaces for clients and financial intermediaries.
- Ensure seamless integration of onboarding processes with existing systems.
- **Maintenance Workflows and User Interfaces**:

- Develop and maintain workflows and user interfaces for updating and managing client and FIM profiles.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Client and FIM Self-Service Updates**:

- Create user-friendly self-service interfaces for clients and FIMs to update their information.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- **Leads and Prospect Management**:

- Design workflows and interfaces for managing leads and prospects.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion processes.
- **Offboarding Management**:

- Develop workflows and user interfaces for the offboarding of clients and FIMs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the offboarding process.
- **Review Workflows and User Interfaces**:

- Implement workflows and interfaces for periodic reviews of client and FIM profiles.
- Ensure timely and accurate reviews to maintain up-to-date information.
- **Investigation Workflows and User Interfaces**:

- Design and manage workflows and interfaces for investigating client and FIM issues.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to resolve issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Wealth Management domain.
- Proven experience in designing and managing workflows and user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of client and FIM onboarding, maintenance, self-service updates, leads and prospect management, offboarding, reviews, and investigations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with workflow automation tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Wealth Management domain.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
