**Role Performance and Expectation**:

- Tally cargoes according to inward / outward manifest or load plan by customers.
- Managing incoming /outgoing shipments.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and manifested records.
- Ensuring proper labeling and packaging for incoming / outgoing cargoes.
- Developing or improving upon tallying management procedures.
- Arrange cargoes for export according to load plan.
- Keeping detailed records of all incoming cargoes, including weight (Over Weight) and dimensions (Long Length).
- Take photos for both incoming / outgoing shipments - As per customers’ request.
