**Introduction**

Swim Rite Aquatic School Pte Ltd (SRAS) offers a Learn-To-Swim (LTS) program for children. We are located at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), near Singapore Expo. Our LTS program runs on Sunday mornings and afternoons.

Are you seeking a career change, eager to learn a new skill, or passionate about making a positive impact on children? If so, this job is for you While we prefer teachers with relevant certifications and experience, we welcome anyone who:

- Interacts well with children
- Has a jovial personality
- Is able to swim at least 1 stroke

Able to commit weekly on either Sunday mornings (9 to 12 noon) or afternoon (4 to 7 pm)

Our in-house training equips swim teacher trainees with the knowledge and practical skills to teach children and adults. Through our on-the-job training program, we impart essential skills such as class management, teaching techniques, and stroke mechanics.

If you're already a swim teacher or have recently obtained a swim certification, you can enhance your existing skills with our teaching strategies.

These are the main roles of a SRAS swim teacher:

- Ensure safety on deck and in the pool
- Conduct LTS program based on SRAS syllabus
- Monitor and update student progress
- Communicate with parents when required

Maintain punctual and consistent attendance
