**Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day operational support including deployment, user access management, disk capacity management, server performance monitoring
- Oversee server system and active directory administration including configuration, database, installation, and support
- Provide real-time support and participate in problem-solving and root-cause identification on a daily basis
- Responsible for ensuring effective deployment of resources and these resources are consistently available for operation
- Maintain an accurate and consistent set of work instructions and service delivery processes
- Provide hardware and software engineering support
- Managing Computer software(s) and hardware(s)
- Maintenance and Updating of the Company website, Company Server and Internet Server
- Maintenance and Recording of all Walkie Talkies, Access Cards Data / Voice SIM cards, and Video Badge
- Programming, Creating, and Maintaining new software(s) for the Company
- Installation, Monitoring, Maintenance, and Servicing of a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to:

- General security systems
- Alarm systems
- CCTV systems
- Clocking devices
- Access control systems
- Company phones, cell phones, computer systems, laptops, etc.
- Any other security equipment
- Conduct site visits, submit proposals and submit quotations
- Troubleshoot problems encountered on site
- Sourcing of new security equipment
- Assist users to adopt system integration
- Conduct training on the usage of new equipment and refresher courses on using the equipment
- Assist in Control Room
- Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two years of working experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
- Well-versed in handling client inquiries and providing systems support
- Well-versed in MS Office and Excel
- Meticulous, resourceful, and willing to learn
- Responsible, reliable, good working ethics
- Have a positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Multi-tasking, working independently with self-initiative
- Be a customer service people-oriented person
- Able to start work on short notice
