Shipping Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to vessel manager
- Assist with preparing and maintain of repair database and compilation of technical specifications
- Assist with the preparation of technical, marine and other shipping reports
- Assist of compiling and monitoring vessel KPIs and deliverables
- Coordinate with the vessels and various departments on the supply of spares, stores and other contractor services
- Ensure the technical drawings, manuals, plans, reports, certificates and documents are accurate and well maintained in a systematic database
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
- Coordinate with purchasing department for landed items and it’s servicing/repair/calibration and timely return on board.
- Scheduling meeting, liaise with vendors for timely submission of work done reports/invoice.
- Assist in collection of contactor’s information to facilitate company approved vendor list updated as per ISO requirements.
- Assist tech department to maintain updated contractor request and quotation summary and approvals list.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in marine engineering or similar field
- At least 2 years’ work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
- Meticulous, diligent and professional
- Good drafting and verbal communication skills
