**Our Client is an established and leading company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit an IT Application Architect.

**IT Application Architect**

**Purpose & Scope**

The Application Architect develops and oversees the governance structure, provides architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to peer Architects, including development teams.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- Engage stakeholders to explain the rationale of architecture’s selection, technology choice and integration solutions.
- Support the evaluation and introduction of new technologies, platforms, products or vendors.
- Evaluate implementation feasibility of functional specifications.
- Analyze requirements and change needs to inform architecture roadmap and/or framework decisions.
- Prepare business cases for high-level initiatives.
- Set software development and integration plans for different components.
- Identify implementation risks and mitigation measures.
- Drive implementation of platform features according to established design, architectural standards and practices.
- Lead development of system tools to automate administration and support tasks.
- Design migration plans with relevant components.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Engineering or Information Systems (Including MIS, System Design)
- TOGAF certification, in addition to software design/development are a must
- Exposure to cloud environments of Azure/AWS

Preferred Skills & Characteristics
- Problem solving, transdisciplinary thinking and sense making
- Performance or problem management experience a plus

**Salary**: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
