The Front of House is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, overseeing inventory and supply management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits.

**Job Description**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits, such as marketing campaigns and menu development.
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary to improve the bottom line.
- Ensure that the restaurant's physical appearance and maintenance are up to standard
- Plan and manage staff schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers, and manage inventory and ordering supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and make adjustments to the restaurant's offerings as necessary.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost while maintaining or increasing quality of service.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. A background in restaurant management or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
