**Job Title**: Lead Marketing Executive

**Location**: Central, Singapore

**Report To**: Chief of Marketing

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Contract

**Job Overview**:
The Lead Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role involves leadership in managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analysing market sale trends to optimize marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing and sale strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data analysis and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Set clear goals and objectives with the team to hit marketing and sales target.
- Ensure consistent positioning across all sales and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Engage with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Working Conditions**:

- Working office hours, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional travel may be necessary for industry conferences or client meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
