Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Center (ARTC) is a leading Research and Development organisation dedicated to translating developed technology to our consortium members. **Position Overview**:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Administrator. This role will support various aspects of business operations, focusing on data analytics, document management, and generating business reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Utilize data analytics tools to gather, analyse, and interpret business data to inform decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business reports, including but not limited to revenue forecasts, contracts, and performance management.
Coordinate with A*STAR HQ Shared Services on finance matters and ensure prompt invoicing of accounts.
Assist in document management processes, including organising, filing, and retrieving company documents and records.
Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support to senior management, including event support, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Diploma holder in a related engineering field or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and macros.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Prior experience in data analysis or business operations is preferred but not required.
