Dormitory Supervisor

Dormitory operation planning, supervision and management
- Responsible for overall management of building related matters, such as electrical and mechanical repair, housekeeping, safety management, customer service, landscaping, facility maintenance inspection, etc.
- Management and operation of equipment in SCC room.
- Emergency reporting and handling
- Staff check in, check out and change room
- Room card management
- Perform ½ yearly room inspection
- Repair works progress tracking
- Escort contractor for maintenance works
- Patrol the dormitory
- Reporting of breakdown of facilities
- Provide reports (daily, weekly, monthly, inspection tables, maintenance schedules)
- Ad-hoc requests during COVID-19 e.g., FYMOM all and TraceTogether Token
- Record all outgoing records of staffs
- Ensure all staffs are accounted for when boarding the bus to SWAB test centre (RRT)
**Responsibilities**
- Provide comfortable, hygienic, safe, and harmonious accommodation environment
- Implement daily management work and reduce the rate of customer complaints
- Customer service oriented to improve customer service satisfaction
- Strengthen professional knowledge and establish an efficient service team.
- Establish and continuously improve operations to improve work efficiency.
**Good to Have**
- Diploma in relevant industry
- More than 3-year experience in community management or hotel management services
- Familiar with the operation of safety and firefighting equipment
- Fair knowledge in IT literacy and paperwork
- Able to commit 6 full days per week (Mon - Sat)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
