**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Education Course Consultant is responsible for both direct student recruitment as well as exploring new business opportunity. The objective is to help the college increase the enrolment for WSQ and Diploma courses in the local market.
- Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new student enrolment numbers
- In charge of assigned market and responsible for achieving revenue targets.
- Assist in the planning execution of local recruitment and branding events, such as roadshows, open house and education fairs
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Building and maintaining a customer management database.
- Explore and develop alternative recruitment channels other than recruitment agent channel
- Assisting in other duties as assigned by Director, School of Baking.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with social media platforms and competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **native language** would be an advantage (in order to build and maintain good relationship with existing & new foreign speaking clients / business partners.)
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
