To support management with all HR matters including, recruitment, leave management, staff training and payroll
Support HR Department for all HR activities, including payroll, employee benefits and compensation, maintenance accurate employee database and training records.
Manage onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
Administer medical, insurance claims, as well as other related claims.
Support payroll processing and administration, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A annual Income Tax Assessment, leaves and all claims (statutory and staff related).
- Conduct effective sourcing, screening and interviewing
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Coordinating office activities to ensure smooth and optimal efficiency in operations. Act as the point of contact between employees and management
- Measure, review and document employee retention and turnover rates
- Coordinate and support bi-annual staff appraisal exercise
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Diploma/ Advance Diploma
Minimum of 2 year(s) experience needed for this position
