Marketing and Events Intern

**1. Event Coordination**
- **Tasks**:

- Coordinate with clients to understand their event vision and requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors, decorators, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup.
- Create and maintain event project schedules and timelines.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure setups align with client vision boards.
- **Expected Outcome**: Seamless execution of events as per client expectations, with mínimal delays or issues.

**2. Sales Assistance**
- **Tasks**:

- Prepare proposals and quotes for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- **Expected Outcome**: Increased conversion rates of leads to paying clients.

**3. Marketing and Content Creation**
- **Tasks**:

- Develop engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to boost engagement.
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes photos and videos at events.
- **Expected Outcome**: Improved brand visibility and engagement on digital platforms.

**4. Warehouse Preparation**
- **Tasks**:

- Oversee the preparation of event materials and decorations at the warehouse.
- Ensure all items are organized, in good condition, and aligned with client specifications.
- Coordinate the packing and transportation of event supplies.
- **Expected Outcome**: Smooth logistics and readiness for events.

**5. Purchasing & Procurement**
- **Tasks**:

- Source and purchase items required for events within budget constraints.
- Liaise with vendors for cost-effective options without compromising quality.
- **Expected Outcome**: Cost-efficient procurement and availability of items for events.

**6. Client Meetings & Documentation**
- **Tasks**:

- Attend client meetings to discuss event timelines and expectations.
- Document meeting minutes and update project schedules accordingly.
- Create and manage event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and post-event reports.
- **Expected Outcome**: Well-documented processes and clear communication with clients.

**7. Production Coordination**
- **Tasks**:

- Work closely with production teams to ensure timely execution of event setups.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during setup or event execution.
- **Expected Outcome**: Flawless production coordination and timely event setups.

**Training & Support**
- **Initial Training**:

- Shadow existing workflows to understand processes and systems.
- Detailed briefings on brand guidelines, client engagement protocols, and warehouse operations.
- **Tools to Use**:

- CRM software for client tracking.
- Social media management platforms for marketing.
- Standard templates for documentation and scheduling.
