**JOB PURPOSE**:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and monitoring Global Supply Network capabilities to provide business solutions that are globally effective & applicable. Capabilities include standard lean processes or project management experience, global market understanding, tools, and systems. In addition, this role is accountable for performing new market research to explore sourcing opportunities.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- To design, develop, deploy, and monitor assigned capabilities that produce consistent business results.
- This position will ensure successful deployment through training and coaching users to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
- To successfully design and develop solutions, the successful individual will collaborate with senior stakeholders and business users to collect Voice of Business (VOB) / Voice of Customers (VOC), business requirements, and prepare implementation plans for successful deployment.
- Work together with other Solution Owners to provide input specific to the functional scope and capabilities, business processes and configuration, costing, and establish solution offerings. They will recommend areas for proactive service offering improvements.
- Collects and interprets voice of the customer information to direct new and enhanced service offerings.
- This role will also be called upon to perform market research to contribute to strategic initiatives in resourcing.
- Present market research and analysis to management for consideration.
- Some business travel is required

**BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT related/programming/ computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years job related experience in programming, project management, exposure in market analysis
- Java programming skill is required
- Proficient in English is required, both verbal and written
- Previous project leading role is required
- Previous experience in process improvement and market analysis is an advantage
