**Job Description**:
The Specialized Sales Manager / Account Executive, Sales Engine works closely with small institutions answering inquiries and solving problems, releasing resources from country-specific sales and function areas to better focus and grow the business with key clients and stakeholders. Responsible for managing, developing and growing Visa’s business with Tier-3 clients in covered geographies. Generating leads and executing sales initiatives. Implementing business development and portfolio management, in continuous collaboration with Sales and Functional Areas to ensure alignment with country, regional and global strategies.
**What a Client Engagement, Account Support and Process Improvement Analyst does at Visa**:
The Client Engagement, Account Support and Process Improvement Analyst position works closely with small institutions to communicate sales initiatives, Visa strategic guidelines, and key products and solutions as well as answer client inquiries as he or she works to resolve their problems. The individual will support the Sales Engine Team with reporting, sales analysis, and compliance. Additionally, this position handles details of a confidential and critical nature.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinates with Country Managers, BDs and Functional Areas: Products, Marketing, Risk, CSS, etc. to implement sales campaigns and standardization of the engagement model
- Communicate to clients about sales initiatives, Visa strategic guidelines, and key products and solutions, etc.
- Measure impact and effectiveness of Client Engagement Campaigns
- Review existing process to improve turnaround time and automate, if applicable, to ensure better service for clients.
- Present, facilitate and lead assigned sales process improvements activities using data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and project management skillsets.
- Provide day-to-day Visa business and administrative support for Sales Engine clients across all countries in the Asia Pacific region
- Provides activity follow-up to monitor the progress of planned improvement implementation to assure timely action, support and achieve expected benefits.
- Collaborates with functional teams to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods as well as targets.
- Coordinates with multiple departments and functions to assure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall process improvement direction.
- Work with process owners to create and improve Visa’s metrics and goals.
- Provide support and help in the development and execution of sales initiatives as required by team members and clients.
- Ensure appropriate delivery times by internal units (marketing, risk, accounting, finance and compliance) and be the main liaison with internal units of such to both internal and external client requests.
- Develop strong conflict management skills in order to work effectively with a large range of teams to develop accountability, transparency, and rapid fact-based decision making.
- Obtain a clear understanding of the Markets including major competitors (local & international) issuing, acquiring processors and merchants, in order to help Sales team with target sales goals.
