**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with sales and marketing functions.
- A hunter mentality for sales and closing
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and advice on our courses
- Handle both in-bound and out-bound customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ability to resolve customer feedback and issues and escalate them if necessary to senior management
- Manage and minimise class cancellation, maintain a minimum sign up of 10 participants for each module.
- Able to identify marketing channels for programmes, strategic partnerships, and events.
- Assist with the development of customer relationship journey for both B2B and B2C.
- Understand competitors’ offerings for the same and new programmes and be able to analyse and define market demand.
- Good writing skills and meticulous with proofreading content.
- Excellent customer service skills
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with business presentation to B2B clients.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisation.
- Able to work in fast-paced and self-directed environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
- Good understanding of marketing via various digital platforms. Possess good level of written, communication and interpersonal skills.
