Job Description:
**Industry: Electronic Manufacturing MNC**
**Location: Central**
**Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm**
**Good Remuneration Package**

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical and sales support role
- Provide technical support to Asia Pacific end users, customers, and distributor
- Provide support to RMA issues relating to defects from customers and distributor
- Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by customer and distributor
- Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributor
- Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in head-office
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least an ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability to think strategically.
