**Roles & Responsibilities**

A local mechanical equipment design (access platform system) firm urgently require a Finance Executive. You will be part of the team to manage Finance functions:
(i) Handle full set of accounts and financial reporting. Responsible for monthly and annual closing, maintain and preparation of the Company's General Ledger, Financial Reports and Fixed Asset management.

(ii) Perform day-to-day financial accounting functions, preparation of cash flow, balance sheets, bank reconciliations, GST /CPF and other regulatory submissions. Prepare corporate tax computations and tax returns.

(iii) Prepare sales quotation for project team, timely submissions of progress claim invoices and tracking of project expenditure. Follow up with corporate customers on collections & payment matters, including supporting customer queries & dispute resolution. Monitoring of AR Aging report and follow up for non-payments and delayed payments

(iv) Handle purchasing activities: raise purchase requisition/delivery orders, vendor sourcing, co-ordinate delivery, process vendor invoices and any related procurements matters.

(vi) Maintain employees’ filing system; and process employee claims and expenses receipts.

(vii) Liaison with auditors and tax agents for audit and tax activities and other ad-hoc admin duties assigned.

Job Requirements: The applicant should possess:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles, preferably with working experience in full sets of accounts.
- Good knowledge of accounting regulations compliance and procedures. Experience in MYOB Accounting will be advantage
- Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as a strong team player
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and organized with good multitasking skills
