The Personal Assistant will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.

⭐**Responsibility**⭐
- Utilising a variety of software tools, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation software, to create reports and handle special projects.
- Ensuring the efficient management and accuracy of corporate records, documents, and reports, while organising and maintaining electronic files.
- Assisting with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Handling event logistics by recommending and securing venues for both professional and personal events.
- Organising and maintaining professional and personal records, contacts, documents, and reports for senior leaders.

⭐**Role Requirements**⭐

**We're Looking For**:

- A driven individual with a GCE 'A' Level Certificate, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

**Eligibility**:

- Open to Singapore Citizens who are eager to grow and contribute.

**Work Hours**:

- Enjoy a balanced full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
