1. Assists in the development of QA/QC Procedures and Plans in compliance with Company’s Quality Assurance & Control Policy and regulatory requirements.

2. Ensures that these QA/QC Procedures and Plans are current, updated, documented and accessible to the Quality Assurance & Control Department.

3. Assists in supervising project team’s compliance of all QA/QC Procedures pertaining to project specifications, operations and implementation requirements.

4. Assists with any of the Company’s technical submission process.

5. Conducts in-coming QA/QC inspection on materials and arranges for qualification tests for workers as part of the pre-project procedures.

6. Escalates and makes formal recommendations to the Quality Assurance & Control Manager to initiate a stop order in the event that unqualified materials are found to have been used at work, or when performed work has failed the Company’s or client’s QA/QC requirements.

7. Conducts QA/QC inspection on completed work and records qualification test on workers to ensure the work done has met all project requirements.

8. Coordinates with QC personnel, including third parties, clients and authorized inspectors to perform various quality control inspections, examinations and tests where appropriate.

9. Plans, coordinates and participates in the reviews of fabrication workshop/site operations and procedures to identify areas for improvement.

10. Escalates matters that deviate from Company’s QA/QC Procedures and Activities to the Quality Assurance & Control Manager and coordinates with him to achieve adequate resolutions.

11. Assists in materials logistics of mobilization and demobilization.

12. Carries out inspection of materials brought to or collected from site paying special attention to the defect status, reject materials and tools that are deemed not safe for use.
