**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods
- Follow simple recipes and instructions with guidance and support as needed
- Measure and mix ingredients using accessible tools and equipment
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
- Package and label baked goods for display or delivery
- Collaborate with the team in a positive and respectful manner
