**Job Description**:
Able to understand the product, pricing, creative and be confident with necessary professional jewellery knowledge.

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

Promote brand awareness through company’s brand policies and sale procedures.

Recommend jewellery that matches customer’s needs by accurately describing product features and benefits.

Provide satisfactory after-sales services to customers

Keep up to date with product information and upcoming promotions.

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness with the store and jewellery displays.

Price tagging as required and Manage stock inventory.

Participate in jewellery exhibitions / Popup or events.

Responsible for handling Jewellery and Gemstones with care.

Handle sales enquiries and process sales orders for all platforms.

Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

Maximitze sales by achieving sales targets/goals.

Create personal performance value

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Criteria:
Highly Stress Resistant

Positive work attitude and great communication skills

Able to work independently and as a team

Proficiency in English. Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred.

Basic administrative skills

Able to work weekends/public holidays as required

Education level: diploma or equivalent preferred

Agreeable to working days : 5.5 day

Sales experience: 1 year preferred but not necessary
