We are seeking a friendly and organized chiropractic assistant/front desk coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding patient experiences.
- We are looking for _friendly, mature and hardworking individuals_ with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability.

**Pay**
- **$2,200 - $3,000 a month plus bonus**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients, with professional and friendly attitude to create welcoming environment.
- Check in patients, and handle registration and payment processes efficiently.
- Coordinate patient schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
- Responding to patient concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner with positive attitude.
- Must be a team worker by collaborating with chiropractors and other clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated and customer-focused individual to handle front desk operations and multiple administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin preferably.
- 1 Year experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare clinic will be an asset, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast paced environment with attention to details.
- A fast learner with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
