**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using no-code tools(Make or Zapier).
- Develop and manage chatbot and automation solutions tailored to client needs(Voiceflow, Manychat etc).
- Clean and transform data from unstructured to structured formats to support deployments.
- Design and implement data pipelines for automation processes.
- Collaborate on the design and deployment of AI agents and custom web dashboards.
- Work closely with process analysts to understand and map business processes for automation.
- Test, troubleshoot, and refine automation systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in AI, no-code, and coding technologies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in training other team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of AI, automation tools, and technologies. Formal training in AI or automation is a plus.
- Experience with both no-code platforms and coding, particularly in Python.
- Familiarity with chatbot development, workflow automation, and AI pipelines.
- Proven ability to clean and structure data effectively for AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and explore new technologies in the AI and automation domains.
