**What this job involves**:
Providing Excellent Client Service
You will ensure client satisfaction through successful implementation of services. To do so, you will provide comprehensive and best-in-class management services at our client’s corporate office facilities. You will manage and maintain consistent high-quality service levels in line with SLA’s and KPI’s, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in our client’s workplace.
You will assist in achieving the account’s targets and work with the other team members to meet all key performance indicators. You will be involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities such as the following:
Vendor and Contract Management
Facilities Operations and Improvements
Financial Management and Savings Initiatives
Human Experience
Customer Service and Client Relationship
Managing Projects
As part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and making sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost. In the grand scheme, you will deliver reception and human experience services in accordance with client requirements, policies and procedures within established deadlines and budgets.
Occupancy Planning
You will conduct space planning to identify efficiency opportunities and drive space occupancy optimization through space data reporting (FMS). You will be responsible to prepare reports, maintenance of accurate employee and floor plan information, meeting with internal departments to manage space requirements, reorganization updates, project move planning etc.
A technical hands on expert
People Person
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a customer-oriented mind-set and attitude. You also have strong interpersonal skills that translates into being a great team-player with the ability to assume a leadership role and delegate tasks effectively.
Organised and analytical
We’re looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking team mate who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Likewise, we’re on the lookout for well-organised leaders who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines.
