**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare Quotations and Order Processing
- Monitor and follow up on sales quotations and orders.
- Sales support to sales team and planning for fulfilment of order placed by customers.
- Ensure proper documentation records and filings.
- Follow up with existing customers, to identify additional sales opportunities through regular phone calls.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or GCE ”O”/“N” Level. Engineering or Business-related fields preferred, but not required.
- Experience in a sales support role for B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and good team player.
- Positive attitude with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English
