The Senior/Manager (Enterprise Application Infrastructure) is a key member of the Group IT Infrastructure, supporting Enterprise Systems Infrastructure Platform, Project Management and PSA Group Terminal IT infrastructure consultation. He/she must have an in-depth understanding of the technology and the technical components of the PSA Terminal IT Infrastructure environment and be able to provide consultation and advice to the PSA Group Terminal IT. IT solutions supported includes (but not limited to); RHEL Linux, Microsoft Window Servers, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft O365, VMware Virtualization, Okta(MFA), etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Explore new features/solutions and determine the suitability of adoption for the organization and to Identify areas of improvement for current practices and recommend for change.
- Provide Level 3 support for issue relating to Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Okta and all other Microsoft Server products (SCCM, SCOM, etc). You will be required to be on support duty rostering and responding to after-office hours emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.
- Project management which includes project schedule development, monitoring, tracking, control, risk identification, mitigation and ensuring quality of deliverables and costs.
- Manage outsourcing relationship. Comply to organization governance. Resolve contractual disputes.
- Prepare RFP specifications to procure goods and services. Evaluate and select the right outsourcing partner at the right cost.
- Facilitates audits.

**Requirements**:

- You should possess at least a graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant hands-on and solution design experience in Windows Server Operating System, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, PowerShell scripting, Virtualization (VMWare, HyperV), Microsoft Office 365 including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
- Possess a good understanding of Networks, Servers, Operating Systems (eg. Windows Server, RHEL, Oracle Linux), Databases, and Applications support.
- Experienced in Project Management (minimum 3 years). Professional certification (e.g. CITPM) is a plus.
- Experienced in managing outsourcing contracts.
- Experienced in producing effective RFP specifications and familiar with tender purchase process.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of users, both verbally and in writing.
- Willing to travel at short given notice.
