Job Description: Factory Production Worker (Baking Ingredients Manufacturer)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and strong Factory Production Worker to join our team at a leading baking ingredients manufacturer. As a Factory Production Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the production and packaging of various baking ingredients in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your primary goal will be to efficiently carry out assigned tasks, adhere to safety guidelines, and ensure the highest quality of products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment, following operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor the production line to ensure products are being produced according to specifications.
- Measure, weigh, and package baking ingredients accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct product inspections at various stages of the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper waste disposal and adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and meet customer demands.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or potential safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Continuously seek ways to improve production processes, suggesting ideas for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge of production procedures and best practices.

No education qualifications required.
