**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **Waiter/Waitress/Service Crew**. You will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience by delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and provide menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure all customer needs are met during their visit.
- Respond to guest inquiries about the menu, making recommendations where necessary.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any concerns professionally and promptly.

**Operational Support**:

- Prepare and set up the dining area before service, including table settings and cleanliness.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including tables, service stations, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and beverages during shifts.
- Process bills accurately, handle cash or card transactions, and provide receipts to guests.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively to coordinate order accuracy and delivery times.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a harmonious team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in F&B service is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
