The incumbent is responsible for inbound operations which include goods receiving and put away activities to ensure goods availability, and outbound operations which include picking, packing and checking of goods according to delivery location as per the customer requirements.

The incumbent is also responsible for inventory stock data entry into the ERP system on time and is accurate according to the supplier delivery orders.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Inbound Operations**
- Check supplier’s delivery orders against the company purchase orders:

- Verifying the item’s model number.
- Confirming the quantity of items.
- Checking for physical damage to the items and the lot number.
- Put away the goods to designated bin locations according to reception notes:

- Segregate goods according to inventory planning or customer orders.
- Sign-off the reception notes.
- Keeping records on items received in old lot number.
- Maintain good communication and relationship with internal customers and suppliers.
- Return of excess goods.
- Assist in exchange of goods.

**Outbound Operations**
- Prepare goods for delivery to customer according to pick list:

- Check customer delivery orders and requirements.
- Prioritising the orders.
- Visual checks for damage or defect.
- Print the delivery orders.
- Carry out packaging of goods according to customer requirements:

- Verifying the item’s model number.
- Confirming the quantity of items.
- Checking for physical damage to the items.
- Place the packed goods onto the designated delivery racks or pallets:

- Goods are secured.
- Delivery orders are placed in the designated tray.

**Logistics Supporting Activities**
- Carry out monthly cycle count to check goods accuracy.
- Assist in visual safety checks on work areas (e.g., loading and unloading bays, warehouse, parking bays for forklift, etc).
- Provide supports to sales team (e.g., goods volumetric measurements, documentation, etc).Delivery to customers’ place when required.

**Job Requirements**

**Technical Competencies**:

- 2-3 years of Experience in logistics and warehousing operations.
- Basic knowledge in logistics and warehousing systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software, eg: Excel, Google Sheets
- Class 3 driving license
- Licensed to operate the warehouse equipment, eg: reach-truck and pallet-jack will be an advantage
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

**Task-Related Competencies**:

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP)/work instructions (WI) for logistics management:

- put away/warehousing process,
- receiving process,
- picking process,
- delivery process, and
- import and export process.
- Prioritise and fulfil multiple orders.
- Follow security controls on the goods storage and movements to prevent pilferage/theft.

**Interpersonal Competencies**
- Work under pressure
- Fast-paced work environment
- Pro-active in giving suggestions and implementing improvements on operations.
- Willing to learn attitude
