**Job Requirements**:

- Skilled and knowledgeable in general handyman works are a plus
- Skilled in either electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, plastering are a plus
- Willing to learn and pick up more skills in maintenance and repair works
- Flexible and keen for a challenge to handle multiple projects
- Dependable, someone who is more reliable than spontaneous
- Detail-oriented who would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
- Innovative who prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
- Class 3 driving licence is a plus
