Detail Design Engineer

As a Detail Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties
- Develop and produce P&ID, Plot plan, skid drawings, piping layout, Isometrics drawings with Auto cad software
- Technically capable of reviewing civil, equipment layout, piping drawings and collaborate with CAD contractors from development to as built status
- Develop and produce Equipment, Valves, and Instruments Specifications for RFQ
- Knowledge in selection of pipe size, equipment, valves, instruments and conduct technical review and evaluation of vendors’ submission
- Able to develop system control interlock/program chart and work collaboratively with ECI contractors from development to testing of control panel
- Develop system operation manual and system final documents
- Manage and update monthly on project schedule and project budget
- Manage the delivery schedules of POs, ensure deliveries schedules are on time.
- Team player - effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and other project participants from development stage to testing & commissioning
- Attend project meetings with customers.
- Carry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
are preferred.
- Proficient in Auto Cad Software, Microsoft office/project.
- Knowledge in electrical and instrumentation is an advantage
- Excellence in time management and highly responsible to the duties assigned.
- Resourceful and a team player with effective communication and co-ordination skills
- Good in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to travel overseas when required.
