Manage / Supervise and provide support to the Marine Cargo Superintendents.
- Oversee Stowage Plan preparations and coordinating of vessel operations with all concerned parties.
- Provide technical advice to the team and overseas representatives in the region.
- Work closely port agents and stevedores with regards to cargo loading / unloading operation.
- Supervise and acts as the point of contact for stevedore for local cargo operations and prepare operation reports to Headquarter, in Japan.
- Train subordinates and also marine staff in regional offices.

**Requirements**:

- Associate Degree and above, preferably in Nautical Studies
- Physically fit
- Able to work irregular hours, weekend and public holidays
- Knowledge of advanced cargo operations advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Pro-active, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to travel to ports at short notice
- Workplace: Pasir Panjang
