**What You'll Do**:

- Employee Identity Management:

- Responsible for architecting, managing and enable new capabilities of off-the-shelf Identity Management System (IDMS).
- Enable automation of user management lifecycle across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Maintain platform documentation, operational run books, and knowledge base articles.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Machine Identity Management: Manage and improve the identity systems for machines, ensuring seamless integration and new capabilities for both SAP & non-SAP systems.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, put in place compliance and standards, and improve the design of Active Directory, and Azure Entra (Azure ID).
- Project Management: Lead IDMS replacement project, ensuring successful implementation and seamless transition from existing IDMS system.
- Additional responsibilities as part of the team:

- Maintain and onboard new APIs to API Gateways.
- Build and maintain features for Profile Authorization system.
- Maintain and enhance security postures of other systems and in-house developed APIs.

**Wath You'll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in identity management systems, including Active Directory, Azure Entra and SAP identity.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, standards related to identity management, identity lifecycle processes, Role-Based Access Control, access certifications, and SoD.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell and any of Java/.NET/Golang language for custom development.
- Excellent technical expertise in managing IT Platform and enabling new capabilities of a platform.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experiencing with cloud and on-premises identity governance and administration solutions is a plus.
