Loans Agency Associate

Our client is a leading International Investment Bank with a fast-paced and collaborative culture.
This powerhouse is currently seeking an experienced Loans Agency Professional to manage a portion of the portfolio of syndicated loans where the Bank is acting as Agent allocated by a Manager/ Supervisor in accordance with established regional processes and controls.

**The Role**:
- Review and comment on finance documents: loan operation and agency provisions
- Ensure satisfaction of condition precedents prior to loan drawdown or conditions subsequent
- Liaise with legal counsels and other external parties in issues relating to loan agreements and related documents
- Loan administration: liaise with clients and lenders for all loan drawdowns, roll-overs, loan transfers etc; perform calculation, maintain all internal loan records and prepare instructions to operation
- Ensure all process are executed in strict accordance to relevant operation procedures & controls
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- 2-3 years’ experience in Loan Agency (Syndicated Loan/ Loan Bank/ Agency Bank/ Participated Bank) who understands the process
- Someone who is reasonably comfortable with loan agreements and legal jargons, and bring back to reference to other clauses
- Ability to write and understand the legal agreement
- Good progression margin - and ultimately expect to switch away from the operations which is totally manual from Excel to Loan IQ
- Or Fresh graduate with drive, motivation, and interest in joining an Investment Bank to build out their career
- Must have strong and polished communication skills
