**Key Responsibilities**:

- **ANPR Deployment**:Lead the deployment of ANPR systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IoT infrastructure.
- **Device Management**:Manage and configure IoT devices, including sensors, cameras, and other related hardware.
- **Round-the-Clock Support**:Provide 24/7 support for IoT and ANPR systems, addressing any issues promptly and minimizing downtime.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of IoT devices and ANPR systems to ensure optimal performance.
- **System Integration**:Work closely with software developers and network engineers to integrate IoT devices and ANPR systems with backend systems.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze data from IoT devices and ANPR systems to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- **Documentation**:Create and maintain detailed documentation for device configurations, system integrations, and support procedures.
- **Customer Support**:Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users, ensuring they understand how to use and maintain their IoT and ANPR systems.
- **Project Management**:Manage IoT and ANPR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in IoT device management and ANPR system deployment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in IoT technologies and protocols.
- Strong understanding of ANPR systems and related hardware.
- Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for IoT device management.
- **Support Skills**:

- Ability to provide 24/7 support.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- **Certifications**:Relevant certifications in IoT, networking, or ANPR technologies are a plus.
