We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Health Screening Site Manager. As the Health Screening Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our health screening site, ensuring seamless pre and post-screening sales administration, and managing the sales process for health screening packages. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing the sales pipeline, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre and Post-Screening Sales Preparation and Administration:

- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to pre and post-screening sales, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Sales of Health Screening Packages:

- Promote and sell health screening packages to prospective clients, utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate screening packages.
- Sales Forecast for Each Screening:

- Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales for each screening.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies and targets based on forecasted sales.
- Sales Briefings to All Onsite Manpower:

- Conduct regular sales briefings to ensure that all onsite staff are knowledgeable about the screening packages, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to maximize sales performance.
- Explanation of Screening Packages:

- Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of each screening package to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Customize package recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
- Explanation of Medical Reports:

- Assist clients in understanding their medical reports, explaining test results, and offering recommendations for further medical attention if necessary.
- Management of CMS System and POS System:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of the Content Management System (CMS) and Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory in the systems.
- Sales Pipeline Management and Post-Sales Invoicing:

- Track and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing of sales.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing for post-sales transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and motivate onsite sales teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CMS systems and POS systems.
- Knowledge of health screening packages and medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
