**About the Department**:
The **Retail **function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

**Personal Financial Services**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to answer business questions and inform business decisions.
- Design and develop the end-to-end workflows to productionize machine learning models and be involved in the entire data science lifecycle, including the formulation of use cases, extraction of data, development and maintenance of models and tracking and communication of results.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative discipline.
- Fluency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, SQL and SAS.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in working with large and complex data sets and developing machines learning solutions, preferably on an enterprise data science platform such as CDSW.
- Good foundational knowledge in statistical and advanced analytics concepts such as hypothesis testing, A/B testing, sampling, and evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with one or more BI and dashboarding tool such as Qlik, Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow / PyTorch and big data technologies such as Hadoop / Spark is an advantage.
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills to present findings and insights to different stakeholders, including non-technical business users.
- Proactive team player and curious about data.
