**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
- Liaise & work with Group Legal on any contractual/legal issues.
- Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
- Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
- Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement etc
- Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry
- Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills
- Preferably well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Only Singaporean

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Changi (required)

- Changi: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
