The Plans and Governance (P&G) Department supports the implementation of Corporate Services strategic initiatives, ensures effective governance in the management of the School’s risks, as well as coordinate health and safety matters. The incumbent will be the functional lead of the planning portfolio in the P&G department. He/she will work closely with the Head of Department in engaging stakeholders to drive strategy implementation for Corporate Services and work with process owners with effectively mitigate enterprise risk and improve processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to strategy implementation of LKCMedicine Corporate Services by planning and operationalising new initiatives that support developing a high performance workforce
- Work closely with Assistant Director (Planning) to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor enterprise risks at LKCMedicine
- Partner with stakeholders in developing a high-performance culture by ensuring smooth and end-to-end implementation of organisational excellence workplan initiatives and projects.
- Partner with stakeholders in cultivating continuous learning mindset by formulating strategic programmes that improve organisational performance resulting in sustainable and positive behaviour changes.
- Work with stakeholders in consolidating, integrating and achieving the required certifications for departments to enhance School’s efficiency and performance.
- Deliver presentations and share projects/initiatives findings/outcomes to stakeholders to review progress periodically, evaluate results and address the gaps when necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments in developing programmes to promote School’s journey towards a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing.
- Provide support to any other adhoc tasks related to organisation performance and stakeholder.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications with at least 8 years of relevant work experience in project management and implementation
- Prior experience in strategic planning / higher education would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills, with keen ability to grasp issues and acquire knowledge in new domains
- Strong interpersonal skills to build influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups
- Highly motivated, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
