- Perform servicing and repairs on all types of jewellery and gold products, including reworking, reshaping, resizing, soldering, and laser welding.
- Carry out precision touch-ups and dismantling work, such as removing diamonds and gemstones from their gold settings.
- Execute sandblasting techniques to achieve specific surface finishes on jewellery.
- Handle and maintain plating chemicals, solutions, and acids with proper care and safety precautions.
- Maintain and ensure proper use and storage of all craftsmen tools and equipment.
- Support miscellaneous tasks such as gold weighing, measurement, and laser engraving.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
