**SUMMARY OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Reporting directly to the Food Service Operations Executive, the responsibilities and essential job functions of the Foodservice Supervisor are to include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervise the Food Service Excellence Assistants. Ensure team members are adequately prepared and equipped to carry out deliveries.
- Ensure delivery materials are ready Verify that all necessary materials and equipment for deliveries are prepared and in good condition.
- Manage rostering of staff. Create and maintain duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and responsibilities.
- Coordinate delivery schedules. Oversee the timely and accurate distribution of meals to hospital wards.
- Conduct team training. Provide guidance and training to staff to improve service efficiency and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback. Regularly assess team performance and address any areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. Verify that all delivery operations comply with hospital and legal standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Resolve operational challenges. Address any issues related to delays, missing materials, or delivery complaints promptly.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- 6 days work week
- Working Location: Bugis
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
