**Responsibilities**:

- Design, configure, and install VSAT systems to facilitate satellite communication for our organization.
- Develop and maintain Voice Command Control Switch Systems (VCCS) to enable seamless communication within our operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Intercom Dispatch Systems, integrating VHF trunk radio, PSTN, and PABX lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct system tests, evaluate performance, and identify areas for improvement in satellite communication, VCCS, and intercom systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in satellite communication engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to VSAT, VCCS, and intercom systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements in satellite communication to enhance system capabilities and efficiency.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining VSAT systems for satellite communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Voice Command Control Switch Systems (VCCS) and its integration with communication networks.
- Strong expertise in Intercom Dispatch Systems, including intercom systems with VHF trunk radio, PSTN, or PABX lines.
- Familiarity with industry-leading VSAT platforms, such as HughesNet, iDirect, or Gilat.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting communication protocols and network equipment.
- Working location: AMK
- Singaporeans Only (Need to travel to government site)
