**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY OF FOOD NUTRITIONIST**

1. Creating, monitoring, reviewing and improving nutritional intervention strategies.

2. Educating, advising, supporting and coaching consumers on ways in which they can improve their health and prevent disease by adopting healthier nutrition habits.

3. Monitoring developments of the nutrition and identifying actionable research that can be used to improve the product’s nutrition

4. Working with product Development, design and various business stakeholders to deliver nutrition and behavioural change initiatives.

5. Taking consumer insights to iterate and building new hypotheses with the team, looping learnings back into the product vision.

6. Provide nutrition assessment, nutrition support, counselling and education to products team and customer.

7. Develop and update customer education materials for nutrition when available

8. Develop and update education materials for nutrition counselling and education.

9. Undertake any other duties and tasks related to nutrition and dietetics as requested by the management

**Requirements**:

- A deep interest in and knowledge of the scientific aspects of nutrition and behaviour change.
- Ability to communicate well in English. Knowledge of a second language (Mandarin or Malay or Tamil or local dialects) would be an advantage
- . Good working experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- . Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills
- . Meticulous and have an eye for details
- . Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to communicate well with clients, customers and colleagues
- . Ability to optimize work performance and outcomes of given responsibilities and tasks
- . Proven ability to multi-task and able to deliver independently
- Enjoys working in a positive and dynamic work environment, and being a valued team-member and representative of the Company
- Willingness to keep up to date with current nutrition information and research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to use digital tools to design, build and carry out nutritional interventions.
- Self-starter attitude, strong sense of ownership.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- 2 years of relevant working experience in similar field (Consultancy etc)
