EGA Wellness is an omnichannel lifestyle brand on a mission to help people reclaim their health and reverse chronic lifestyle diseases. Based on the principles of Ayurveda, EGA owns and operates wellness clinics around Singapore which provide fresh juices, nutritional supplements and health consultations to enable people to live a disease free life by following the concept of food as medicine. Our mission is freedom from disease, drugs & doctors.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
EGA is looking for a CEO who is passionate about Ayurveda with a proven track record in building and scaling businesses, financial management, executive leadership of cross-functional teams and strategic planning and development.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Set comprehensive targets for performance and scale
- Design and implement growth strategies, GTM business plan and roadmaps to achieve these targets
- Lead fundraising efforts with investors across various markets
- Oversee redesign of company’s website
- Develop and execute strategies to scale ecommerce and DTC marketing
- Create roadmap for business expansion to global markets
- Establish policies that promote company vision
- Oversee daily operations of the EGA clinics and lead cross-functional departments including IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance
- Lead strategic partnerships and business development with corporate partners
- Improve business and operational efficiency
- Oversee development and distribution of new products in accordance with new health programs
- Manage relations with existing shareholders and Board of Directors/Advisors

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 12+ years of business leadership experience including managerial roles
- Experience in ecommerce, retail and consumer product industries required
- Excellent knowledge + proven passion for Ayurveda, health and wellness
- DTC experience and strong understanding of consumer behavior required
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Business Development/Sales, IT
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- Excellent team management skills, particularly leading teams across various locations and markets
- Understanding of corporate finance preferred
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
- Master’s degree preferred

**SALARY RANGE: $10,000-$20,000
