**Responsibilities**:

- **System Installation and Maintenance**:

- Install, troubleshoot, and service marine navigation and communication systems, including MARINE RADAR, chartplotters, ECDIS, AIS, VDR, VHF radios, MF/HF SSB, autopilots, maritime IT equipment, and VSAT systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure system performance and safety compliance.
- **Issue Diagnosis and Support**:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to onboard crew members on system operation and maintenance.
- **Coordination and Documentation**:

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for installations, upgrades, and repairs.
- Document all service activities, including installation, troubleshooting, and solutions, in an accurate and comprehensive manner.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements in marine systems.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing marine navigation and communication systems.
- Knowledge in IT, networking, and VSAT systems is essential.
- A General Operator's Certificate (GOC) is recommended.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with marine electrical and electronics systems is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, including at-sea or remote assignments.
- Commitment to high safety standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)
